The acquisition of goods or services via the present site implies the unconditional acceptance of the following conditions of sale by the buyer. ShenArt Gallery also reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Sale at any time. In such a case, the Conditions of Sale applied to a purchase will be those displayed on the site the day the order was passed by the buyer.

1. Eligibility
Buying is limited to persons who may legally binding contracts under applicable laws and have been properly registered at the site. Customers warrant that they have authority to make purchases in their own name. Buying is not available to minors, as legally defined in their countries of residence.

2. Registration:

2.1. Any person wishing to buy, ("the buyer") at Shenart Gallery website must register by filling out the online registration form

2.2. By Registering to buy at Shenart Gallery website, the buyer agrees to accept all the terms and conditions stipulated in the buyer's agreement and to abide by them.

2.3. Shenart Gallery website reserves the right to deny registration to persons who have not met the terms of eligibility.

2.4. Registration to Shenart Gallery website includes automatically registration to Shenart Gallery website's newsletters.

3. Truthfulness of information provided by the buyer:
Information provided by the buyer at registration, and such that is updated or modified by him at any time thereafter, must be truthful. The buyer must register by his legal name, provide his current address, phone number, e-mail address, and valid credit card information or ID number (where and when applicable). Registration under untruthful details is criminal offence and such act will be subject to criminal proceedings.

4. Binding commitment to conclude the transaction:
The buyer will make all payments due to Shenart Gallery website within the period and according to the terms specified in this buyer's guide. A preliminary requirement for the sale will be the agreement of the payment provider (PayPal) regarding the terms and date of the payment.

5. Buying:
Once the buyer's initial registration has been approved, he/she can log-in by entering his/her email address and password.

Buying process:
To buy artwork on the Shenart Gallery website, a visitor will need to:

• Fill up the registration form and give all solicited information,
• Fill up the online order form, giving all the references of the products or services chosen (see My basket)
• Validate the order after verifying it for eventual errors
• Confirm the order and payment.
• The confirmation of an order implies the buyer's total acceptance of the present Conditions of sale. The buyer hereby acknowledges that he is aware of these present conditions of sale and may not impose any other terms and conditions of sale on the transaction. The information given online and the registered confirmation by clicking will be proof of the transaction. The confirmation by clicking on the validating button constitutes a digital signature and has the same value as a hand-written signature, thus confirming the acceptance of the transaction by the buyer.

Our web site is designed to order and deliver the best possible online shopping experience to our customers, featuring safe and encrypted transactions. 6. Prices
The prices displayed in the ShenArt Gallery Website are in Euros and exclusive of VAT. For orders destined to customers with addresses in Israel ShenArt will add 16% VAT (or any other VAT rate valid in Israel on the day the order has been placed) to the invoice. ShenArt Gallery reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed in the ShenArt Gallery Website the day an order is placed will be the tariff applicable to the buyer.

7. Payment:
7.1. Paypal: The buyer shall make payment to ShenArt via the Paypal secure payment system provided through the site.

7.2. The buyer must pay within 7 days after placing his order.

7.3. Currency: Transactions will be processed in euros.

8. Taking possession and delivery:
8.1. Remedies: If any lot is not paid for in full, Shenart site will be entitled to exercise against the buyer one or more of the rights and remedies it thinks fit. These include, inter alia, the right to rescind the sale, to proceed for damages for breach of contract, to resell the lot, to charge the buyer with expenses, costs interest and/or linkage to cost of living index, to retain that article or any other article sold to the buyer, to charge any amount due to the buyer towards settlement of the price.

8.2. Packing and shipping: Delivery will be made by EMS. All transport costs (packaging and shipping costs) are to be borne entirely by the buyer, and are included in the invoice. The artwork is delivered in a rigid cardboard case specially adapted for this type of delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please double check delivery address written in the order form and in the email order confirmation. Before signing for your package, please ensure that it is not ruptured or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss once you have signed for your package.

8.3. All delivery rates and arrangements published are subject to ShenArt Gallery checking that our normal carriage arrangements are appropriate for the works selected. ShenArt Gallery will contact the buyer to seek agreement to any modifications proposed by the gallery. In such cases purchased orders will only be processed when the customer has agreed any such new arrangements.

8.4. We ship to verifiable, physical street addresses only and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Delivery will be made to the address given in the order form. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, complete all relevant details at the order form.

8.5. Import Taxes: The customer accepts responsibility for any taxation or charges levied in respect of importation of works they have ordered.

8.6. Delivery timescales: Published delivery timescales are for guidance only and not formally binding

8.7. Risks: Once the product has left the premises of ShenArt Gallery all risks will be at the cost of the buyer. In the event of an accident or transportation damages, the complaint must be made to the transporter according to their terms.

9. Buyer retraction/cancellation:
9.1 Quality Warranty: We take pride in the quality of our products and put extra effort to make sure customers get exactly what they want.

9.2. Refund Guarantee: We want you to enjoy your purchase and become a repeat customer. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to rescind the purchase within 14 days after reception of the artwork provided under the following conditions:
a) Request in writing
b) The product should be returned to Shenart Gallery's premises at customer expend.
d) Returned item must be in new and undamaged condition, packed in its original packing materials.
e) Shipping cost is non-refundable.
f) Special orders are non-refundable.
g) Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase.
h) Upon inspection of the artwork, you will receive the refund minus the shipping charges. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

9.3. Warranty Service and refund Instructions: When you request for a warranty service, refund or exchange, simply enclose the goods, ship the package insured using a shipper of your choice and include the following: - Your name - Original order/invoice number (Look at "My Account"). - Detailed description of the problem, or your request for exchange - Your return address, phone number and e-mail Please ship to the following address: ShenArt Gallery, Frishman 21, Tel Aviv, Israel. For your protection, when mailing us an item it is recommended insuring it for at least its purchase price and adding delivery confirmation.

10. Liability
10.1. Privacy: The ShenArt gallery does not sell or exchange information about its site visitors or customers with any third party. In an effort to offer you the best and most current shopping opportunities, we may occasionally e-mail you with information about new products or special sales. If you do not wish to receive our e-mail, simply respond with a request to be taken off our mailing list.

10.2. Safe Shopping: We fully appreciate your concerns about transmitting personal information over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore we use Paypal as payment provider. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, your payments are sent without you sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.

10.3. Copyrights: Copyright in all images on the shenart.co.il website vests in the ShenArt gallery and in no case may any party reproduce such images.

10.4. Stock: ShenArt Gallery Website does all efforts in its ability to deliver the product from stock. In any case product is not available, ShenArt Gallery Website will propose the buyer a similar or alternative product in quality and price. If buyer is not interested in the alternative product, he will be entitled to a complete refund, without any other remedy and / or claim and / or demand for compensation.

10.5. Pictures: All pictures in ShenArt Gallery Website are for illustration only and reasonable differences might be found between picture and final product.

12. Legal rules and Jurisdiction
