1.We fully appreciate your concerns about transmitting personal information over the Internet. Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore we use Paypal as payment provider. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, your payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants. top

2. We ship your order the moment we have received your payment. We use EMS as shipment company. Normally it should take between 2 to 3 working days to arrive. top

3. You can track and trace your goods anytime via the EMS website. Should your goods not arrive as indicated on the EMS track & trace website please contact us via the form here under. top

4. If you have problems placing your order please send us an email. We will call you as soon as possible or at a time you indicate that could be convenient for you. Use the contact form below. top

5. You can change your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. top

6. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please send us an email with your exact order references. top

7. EMS shipment services will present your package twice and if they do not find you at home they will leave a note in your mailbox with a contact number. top

8. We want you to enjoy your purchase and become a repeat customer. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to rescind the purchase within 14 days after reception of the artwork provided under the following conditions:
a) Request in writing
b) The product should be returned to Shenart Gallery's premises at customer expend.
d) Returned item must be in new and undamaged condition, packed in its original packing materials.
e) Shipping cost is non-refundable.
f) Special orders are non-refundable.
g) Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase.
h) Upon inspection of the artwork, you will receive the refund minus the shipping charges. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.Can I return my order? top

13. Giclée is the name for the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing.The giclee is a high quality print reproduction of the original.top

14. The artwork on canvas is sent unstretched and rolled in a tube. If you prefer to buy mounted artwork please contact us. top

15. Packing and shipping costs: Delivery will be made by EMS (Israel Postal Services). All transport costs (packaging and shipping costs) are to be borne entirely by the buyer, and are included in the invoice. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Click here for the shipping costs. top
